The Nearest historic house to the Isfahan’s Jame Mosque
Iravani’s Historic House is situated at the heart of the old fabric of the historical city of Isfahan, standing proud next to the very oldest religious edifice of Isfahan known as the Jame Mosque.
The unique architecture of this two-century-old Iranian monument dates back to the Qajar era in the early nineteenth century. It was registered in the list of the National Works of Iran following two years of restoration and renovation.
Iravani’s residence includes five rooms on three sides of the house overlooking the interior yard and providing a spectacular view of the pool, fountain and beautiful flower beds.
The architectural masterpiece of this monument is the Shahneshin, the room for important guests and the lord of the house, with colorful Orosi windows which attracts any visitor.
The terrace of this historic mansion, comprising lattice walls and providing a view of the dome and turquoise minarets of the Jame Mosque, is currently used as a coffee shop and provides an opportunity for a drink of coffee in a tranquil atmosphere.
